Host your events on

When hosting your events on, you get all the necessary tools needed to promote, share, receive bookings, receive payments and to take care off your guests.

Stay safe with us

Leave all the heavy lifting to us. We handle all payments for bookings and cancellations.
All guests pay immediately when requesting to come to your hosted event. This way your are guaranteed payment event if the guest cannot come or does not show up.

What does it cost?

To register and list your hosted event on is free and always will be. Per sale eatlocal changes 15% and you receive the payment after the event has been held.


Cancellation policy for guests

Guests can cancel a reservation 72 hours or more prior to the hosted event should take place and receive a 50% refund. Any reservation cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the hosted event, is not eligable for any refund.

Cancellation policy for hosts

If the event must be cancelled, the host shall as soon as possible notify eatlocal ÍVF and the guests by email. When a host cancels a hosted event, the guests are eligable for a full refund. The cancellation fee is 300,00 DKK for each booking, no matter how many guests are sign-up for the hosted event. This fee shall be covered by the host.


For each confirmed reservation eatlocal ÍVF charges a 15% commission. We recommend that this is included in the payable amount for the hosted event.


Payouts happen on the 1st and 15th of each month. NB! At the earliest 3 days after the hosted event was held.
